The site is Sägnernas hus, (no street address) the site for the previous two Civil Wars. There are no beds available at the site, only floor crash space. If you want to se pictures of the site then here are some pictures from the latest Civil war courtesy of SKA UMA.
Sleeping will be divided into two areas – one quiet and one not so quiet. Please make a note if you have a preference when you register for the event.
The quiet crash space offers sleeping on a concrete floor. The floor will be cold so remember to bring an extra blanket for warmth/isolation.
The not so quiet crash space offers sleeping on a wooden floor in direct access to the feasthall. There is no solid wall between the sleeping area and the feast area, however we will try to seal off the area. There are no showers available on site. We will have access to off site showers during Saturday afternoon. Transportation will be arranged.
In designated areas only, no indoor smoking. Remember kingdom law: smoking is forbidden in the central area of any event, being defined as any area where people must be present in order to participate in the event, such as the hall where a feast is held, or the area immediately surrounding the Lists at a tournament. The autocrat shall be responsible for defining the boundaries of the central area and for providing some other area as convenient as may be found where smoking is permitted and made safe and practical. Smoking is permitted in the interior of a pavilion with its owner's permission.
No pets allowed indoors.
Site is wet, but don’t get carried away! And remember that by kingdom law canned beverages are forbidden to be set out in plain sight at Kingdom events. Those who bring canned beverages are encouraged to keep them out of sight and to discreetly dispose of them afterwards.
